Messaging fatigue and churn risk
A valuable customer can still be ineligible. Fatigue and consent are part of the decision.
A person can look commercially valuable but still be ineligible to contact. LiftMiner treats these as hard decision constraints, not afterthoughts.

Six hard constraints
What removes a customer from an audience.
- 01Unknown consentUnknown consent means no contact.
- 02UnsubscribedUnsubscribed customers are excluded.
- 03Contacted too recentlyCustomers contacted too recently are suppressed.
- 04A recent orderA recent order may remove someone from a reorder campaign.
- 05Cancellations and refundsCancellations, all-refunded orders, exclusion tags, or other business logic can remove someone.
- 06Fatigue windowsCampaign-specific fatigue windows prevent a customer from being repeatedly targeted.
Churn risk
A churn score is a signal, not permission to send.
Klaviyo's predictive analytics provides churn-risk and next-purchase estimates. Those are signals. The business still has to decide the full eligibility policy, exclusions, timing and proof standard.
Why it matters
An optimized revenue list without policy controls is simply a faster way to create poor customer experiences or compliance problems.
