Shopify and Klaviyo
Not a replacement. A decision layer above your stack.
Klaviyo already supports segment- and list-triggered flows, so the sending mechanism is not the innovation. LiftMiner maintains the rigorous, source-agnostic definition of who deserves to enter that flow, and determines whether contact actually caused economic value.
Who does what
Shopify records. LiftMiner decides. Klaviyo sends.
- RecordsShopifyOrders, customers, products, refunds and subscriptions. It does not decide who should receive a retention action today.
- DecidesLiftMinerEvaluates the entire customer base on a schedule, applies revenue rules, consent, suppression and fatigue safeguards, and creates the current campaign-eligible audience.
- SendsKlaviyoSends email and SMS, manages segments and flows, tracks engagement. The audience is passed to a client-owned Klaviyo automation, so delivery stays where it is.
One customer record
Data from outside the email platform, in one policy.
Klaviyo is strong inside its own data environment. But a customer's commercial context often exists elsewhere.
- Shopify order and product history
- CRM notes and sales or support context
- Quiz responses and stated goals
- Future data from support systems, subscriptions, returns, surveys or proprietary operational databases
Klaviyo signals are inputs
Klaviyo's predictive analytics uses order behavior such as order count, time between orders, and recency to calculate churn risk.
LiftMiner can use these kinds of signals, but wraps them in the full, customer-specific operational policy that determines whether action is appropriate.
Additive, not rip-and-replace
Your stack already records customer behavior and can send campaigns. LiftMiner adds the decision and measurement layer above it.
