Contact safeguards

Revenue logic never overrides communications policy.

Consent is fail-closed. If permission is unknown, the customer is not included in a contactable audience. A customer can be overdue, valuable and still excluded.

  • Consent and channel status

Unsubscribes and channel-level subscription status are checked before eligibility is granted.

  • Contact-fatigue windows

Recent campaign exposure is counted so the same customers are not contacted repeatedly.

  • Exclusion conditions

Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud flags and campaign-specific suppression rules remove customers from the audience.

  • AI only with retained evidence

Where AI extracts a signal from CRM notes or quiz answers, the source text stays tied to the decision. An AI statement alone never becomes an unexplained marketing action.

  • Feedback does not override consent

A customer’s survey response may create a recovery or suppression signal, but it does not create marketing permission. Consent, unsubscribe status, service requests, and campaign fatigue remain separate conditions.
